Why Polenta


Our Polenta is freshly made every day and is slow cooked old-fashion style! Typically 3 hours.

Polenta is a staple of Italian cuisine, especially in the area of the Alps and Apennine Mountains (from the top to the bottom of the boot!)

There are many reasons why we love polenta. Here are a few we would like to share with you. Polenta does not contain gluten and is excellent for people who suffer from celiac disease. Given its good fiber content, its ability to provide many B-complex vitamins including vitamins B1, B5 and folic acid, and its notable protein content, corn is widely used in diets.
Corn fiber is one of the keys to its well known digestive benefits, it has a cleansing effect on our system, strengthens blood vessels, improves circulation and is a unique phytonutrient-rich food that provides us with antioxidant benefits.
